This core solution is tailored to align with proven industry standards, enabling organizations to efficiently manage their assets, optimize maintenance activities, and improve operational workflows. By focusing on essential capabilities, the package supports compliance, enhances reliability, and fosters the adoption of industry-accepted methods, ensuring users benefit from both efficiency and consistency. With Nuvolo’s Asset & Maintenance Core package, businesses can implement effective asset strategies that meet evolving operational needs while leveraging trusted best practices in the field.
Nuvolo’s Core Package utilizes a standardized implementation approach structured to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. The planning phase centers on reviewing the established scope of work, confirming deliverables, assigning roles, and detailing the implementation steps as outlined in the Order Form. Given the pre-defined scope of work, planning concentrates on organizing tasks according to the established methodology, setting specific milestones, and assigning resources to effectively support each phase of the project, which is expected to take fourteen (14) weeks from project kickoff to production launch.

The project kickoff session formally initiates the implementation, bringing stakeholders together to align on objectives, review the standardized process, and clarify expectations. During the kickoff, teams walk through the main activities, discuss timelines, validate communication protocols, and address any outstanding questions to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities. This standardized methodology minimizes variability, reduces risks associated with project execution, and enables consistent delivery of outcomes. By following a proven implementation approach, the project team maximizes efficiency and ensures that the project progresses according to established best practices while meeting organizational requirements.
While project preparation activities are underway, Nuvolo and the Customer will work together to coordinate access to the Customer’s ServiceNow sub-production instances, verify system entitlements, and install the appropriate version of the Nuvolo application from the ServiceNow Store. Additionally, they will confirm that the Customer has the necessary resources in place to support the application throughout the implementation process.
Nuvolo will conduct a series of interactive workshops designed to guide you through the Nuvolo functionality delivered within the pre-defined scope of work. During these sessions, Nuvolo will review relevant user stories and seek Customer input to ensure the application is configured in alignment with your organization’s naming conventions and minor business requirements. This collaborative approach helps tailor the solution to your operational needs while adhering to best practices.
The following topics are covered as part of the Asset & Maintenance Core Package:
Nuvolo will provide Standard Data Templates designed to facilitate the efficient collection of Customer data necessary for system migration. As part of the transition, all asset records and up to three years of historical work order data will be migrated from the Customer’s legacy system into the Nuvolo platform.
The process of data collection and loading encompasses three primary categories of data:
By leveraging the provided templates and following this structured approach, the migration phase establishes a reliable data foundation, supporting robust functionality and accurate business processes within the Nuvolo application.
Upon completion of Core Setup and Configuration, Nuvolo will support a two-week User Acceptance Testing (UAT) period, during which key stakeholders and selected users rigorously test the system to validate functionality, data integrity, workflows, and business rules. Feedback collected during this period allows for the identification and resolution of any issues before system launch. Any new requirements that may be identified are placed in a backlog for post-implementation enhancement considerations.
Following successful validation, end-user training is facilitated using a “Train the Trainer” model to empower client teams to take ownership of internal learning and drive long-term adoption. Customers have two options available via a separate Order Form to support Training:
This approach ensures the Customer’s training team is fully prepared to support and educate their organization, driving user adoption and maximizing the value delivered by the Nuvolo solution. To further reinforce successful adoption, Nuvolo’s project team provides an additional week of hypercare support following the production go-live, offering dedicated assistance to address any post-launch issues and ensure a smooth transition for end users.
