The planning phase centers on reviewing the established scope of work, confirming deliverables, assigning roles, and detailing the implementation steps as outlined in the Order Form. Additionally, they will confirm that the Customer has the necessary resources in place to support the application throughout the implementation process.<\/p><h2>Core Setup and Configuration<\/h2><p>Nuvolo will conduct a series of interactive workshops designed to guide you through the Nuvolo functionality delivered within the pre-defined scope of work. During these sessions, Nuvolo will review relevant user stories and seek Customer input to ensure the application is configured in alignment with your organization\u2019s naming conventions and minor business requirements. This collaborative approach helps tailor the solution to your operational needs while adhering to best practices.<\/p><p>The following topics are covered as part of the Asset &amp; Maintenance Core Package:<\/p><ul><li><b>Access Enablement<\/b> \u2013 Assign Users to groups based on pre-defined standard personas to align with industry roles.<\/li><li><b>Location Hierarchy <\/b>&#8211; The Nuvolo Location Hierarchy is a shared hierarchal structure that is utilized across all products in Nuvolo to deliver relational data used for processes and reporting.<\/li><li><b>Asset Inventory &amp; Lifecycle<\/b> \u2013 Manage devices, equipment, or parts by establishing asset classifications, risk scores, and reviewing the standard device onboarding and offboarding processes.<\/li><li><b>Work Order Management <\/b>\u2013 Assign and execute work orders for equipment in need of repair to streamline maintenance activities.<\/li><li><b>Scheduled Maintenance<\/b> \u2013 Schedule proactive maintenance activities and inspections based on regulatory requirements or asset utilization to ensure that equipment is operating correctly.<\/li><li><b>Checklist Management<\/b> \u2013 Setup list of tasks\/standard steps to be verified or performed prior to or while performing work on an asset.<\/li><li><b>Reporting, Portals &amp; Dashboards<\/b> \u2013 Configure the standard Nuvolo Portal with Customer logo and color schema, set up persona-based dashboards using standard reporting configuration options.<\/li><li><b>Mobile Application for Technicians <\/b>\u2013 To enhance the technician user experience and expand operational capabilities, install the Nuvolo Mobile application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device. This mobile app provides technicians with convenient access to essential features, enabling them to perform tasks efficiently while on the go.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Data Migration<\/h2><p>Nuvolo will provide Standard Data Templates designed to facilitate the efficient collection of Customer data necessary for system migration. As part of the transition, all asset records and up to three years of historical work order data will be migrated from the Customer\u2019s legacy system into the Nuvolo platform.<\/p><p>The process of data collection and loading encompasses three primary categories of data:<\/p><ul><li><b>Transactional Data:<\/b> This includes records of operational activities, such as work orders, which capture detailed information about maintenance tasks and service events.<\/li><li><b>Referential Data: <\/b>This consists of foundational data elements that support system operations, such as assets, asset types, manufacturers, models, and location data. These records are critical for organizing and linking transactional information within the system.<\/li><li><b>Metadata: <\/b>This refers to defining attributes and classification codes, including location types, work order types, and resolution codes. Metadata ensures consistency and improves reporting, searchability, and categorization of records within Nuvolo.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>By leveraging the provided templates and following this structured approach, the migration phase establishes a reliable data foundation, supporting robust functionality and accurate business processes within the Nuvolo application.<\/p><h2>Project Close-out Activities<\/h2><p>Upon completion of Core Setup and Configuration, Nuvolo will support a two-week User Acceptance Testing (UAT) period, during which key stakeholders and selected users rigorously test the system to validate functionality, data integrity, workflows, and business rules. Feedback collected during this period allows for the identification and resolution of any issues before system launch. Any new requirements that may be identified are placed in a backlog for post-implementation enhancement considerations.<\/p><p>Following successful validation, end-user training is facilitated using a \u201cTrain the Trainer\u201d model to empower client teams to take ownership of internal learning and drive long-term adoption. Customers have two options available via a separate Order Form to support Training:<\/p><ol><li><b>Express Onboarding:<\/b> Includes eLearning sessions available via Nuvolo Navigator for up to ten (10) learners and two Office Hours sessions with an expert trainer to address questions and provide clarification. This level of training is suggested for existing ServiceNow and\/or Nuvolo users with established administrators supporting the application.<\/li><li><b>Core Training:<\/b> Includes eLearning sessions available via Nuvolo Navigator for up to ten (10) learners and Persona-based instructor-led virtual training sessions to support a more nads-on approach for application adoption.<\/li><\/ol><p>This approach ensures the Customer\u2019s training team is fully prepared to support and educate their organization, driving user adoption and maximizing the value delivered by the Nuvolo solution.
